We are going home very wet and very muddy but we’ve had an absolutely fantastic day! Brilliant den building, art, pond dipping and orienteering - lots of team work ready for ’Big School’! What a great time we had! It was a lovely experience for us all. Thank you very much, Guy, & look forward to seeing you again next year. Lovely grounds, great activities, wonderful weather!!!? Definitely coming back! We have had an amazing and fantastic day! Lots to do, lots of new learning and kids were engaged at all times. Beautiful surroundings, very informative staff who were helpful and extremely knowledgable. Thank you and will most definitely visit again, and would recommend to others. Guy got down to their level and answered the never ending questions even though this group consists of non-talkers and children with language problems. They loved the extra space in which we could extend their Forest School knowledge. Look forward to more visits in the future. Back to Top Written By:Staff,Ridge Primary - submitted on 3 Jul 2012 10 Public Event 30/06/12 The kids loved the arts & crafts activity & the nice lady made us a praying mantis. Jack even fell head first into the pond trying to catch a big newt! It was a lovely morning and the whole family had a great time! We had very good time and enjoyed every moment of it. My children learnt new things. They were curious about different activities ie art work, pond dipping and seeeing stuffed animals. As whole it was a interactive and very productive 2 hours. Thank you for a lovely morning exploring the pond & making things.
